My name is Larry "OG" Silverman, a Northern California-based photographer, videographer, and owner of CannaPics. My specialty is dynamic, deep-focus, high resolution commercial photography and video content for the cannabis industry. My goal is to provide an affordable option for growers, retail sellers, advertising and marketing agencies, and anyone who needs high-end photography but may be challenged by the high cost of running a legal canna business in California. About Me
I'm an Emmy-winning documentary television director, producer, writer and cameraman and have now turned my sights towards pursuing my true passions - photography and cannabis. I started as a commercial photographer in Boston shooting cans of Gillette Right Guard then shot everything from product lines to weddings and portraits. And along the way I smoked a lot of pot. It stimulated an interest in street and documentary photography. Even during my long television career which followed, photography and pot was always there, providing inspiration and pleasure. So for me, CannaPics is pure joy. I get to combine a lifetime of skills to do my best work.
